Job summary

Panda Express and Panda Restaurant Group are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the operation of a single Panda Express location. You will hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires enter a General Manager development path with extensive leadership training and GO100 certification upon graduation. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, paid leadership training, and a path to future GM promotion,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participates in the General Manager development path and leadership training.
• Completes 12+ weeks of store leadership training and GM certification (GO100) to qualify for promotion.
