Job summary

Panda Express in Maryland is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be willing to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
