• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training and mentorship as part of the Store Manager role.
• Participate in ongoing leadership development and cross-store opportunities.
