Job summary

Steve Madden stores seek an energetic Store Manager to lead daily operations in Houston. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards across merchandising, staffing, and store presentation.

The role requires building a high-performing team, managing schedules, coaching staff, and ensuring loss prevention and compliance with company policies. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of retail experience, including staff supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
