You will lead a high-performance team, hire qualified staff, ensure flawless customer service, manage inventory, promotions, and loss prevention, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience with staff supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people and resources to meet business goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and store budgeting.
