Steve Madden is seeking a Store Manager (F/T) to oversee all staff and store operations, modeling responsible leadership and teamwork to achieve total customer satisfaction and store profitability.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, maintain presentation and product knowledge, manage inventory and promotions, and ensure compliance with safety and loss-prevention standards while driving sales and client base growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years retail experience with staff supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
