Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Store Manager (F/T) to oversee all staff and operations, maintaining store presentation and modeling strong selling techniques to build a loyal client base and achieve profit goals. You will lead a high-performance team, hire qualified candidates, ensure safety and standards, and manage retail operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience with staff supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate people and resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations including sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience developing staff through coaching, counseling and training.
