POP MART Americas Inc. in Portland seeks a Store Manager to lead every aspect of the store, deliver exceptional customer experiences, build a high-performing team, and drive operational excellence.

You will own sales performance, payroll, inventory, visual presentation, and daily operations while promoting POP MART’s collectible characters and unique retail experience. The role reports to the District/Area Manager and requires 3+ years in retail management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in a high-volume store.
• Proven track record of managing sales performance and developing a team.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees and coaching leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and how to drive results.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Appreciation of designer toys, collectibles, pop culture, or lifestyle brands is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
• Own store financials including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operational execution.
• Drive KPIs such as Sales Conversion, UPT, ATV, and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, and stockroom organization.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Support brand and community initiatives, events, and cross-functional collaboration.
