You will own store performance, talent development, visual presentation, inventory control, scheduling, and daily operations while upholding POP MART's premium brand and unique collectibles.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use business metrics to drive performance.

Aufgaben

• Lead recruitment, coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performing leadership team and store staff.
• Own the store's overall financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability and operations.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming shopping environment and providing product guidance.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, shipments, replenishment and stockroom organization.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies, promotional displays and seasonal floor sets to reflect brand standards.
• Support in-store events, pop-ups, and community engagement initiatives and travel up to 10% as needed.
