POP MART Americas Inc. in Culver City, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive high-performing teams.

You will own sales, operations, visual merchandising, inventory control, and staff development while promoting POP MART's collectible characters and premium brand. The role requires 3+ years in retail management and a track record of achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing high-volume retail stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees and coaching leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Customer-focused leadership and brand ambassador responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-first culture.
• Own the store's financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses and profitability.
• Drive KPIs: sales, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction.
• Lead execution of product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotions.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll management, cash handling, inventory control and stockroom organization.
