Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Portland, OR, to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager on recruitment, coaching, and development, while managing daily store operations, merchandising, and performance metrics.

You will drive sales, oversee inventory accuracy, and act as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring POP MART’s premium brand standards are maintained across all customer interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching and feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Drive sales performance by analyzing metrics and executing action plans.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences through the sales floor leadership and brand engagement.
• Support scheduling and task planning to ensure efficient store operations.
