Miniso in Boise is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant, customer-focused team and own day-to-day operations, driving sales, managing labor and inventory, and upholding world-class service standards.

In this role, you’ll recruit and mentor staff, promote the membership program, maintain merchandising and visual standards, and ensure a safe, welcoming store environment while delivering growth for the brand.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven successful experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to relocate or manage additional stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team and report to Area/District Manager.
• Promote the mission and core values of Miniso.
• Ensure store execution, customer service, merchandising, procedures, and sales.
• Promote and drive engagement with the membership program.
• Oversee store operations and overall performance to develop staff.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, and mentoring the team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with clear career paths.
• Drive profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
• Manage cash handling and adhere to SOPs; maintain a clean, safe store.
• Serve as liaison with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
