• Ensure seamless store execution and high customer service.
• Drive sales, merchandising standards, and SOP adherence.
• Promote and grow the store membership program.
• Oversee labor, inventory, and expense management.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop talent with performance reviews.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Collaborate with HR and Area Manager on performance and relations.
