Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
• Ability to travel between locations is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a dynamic store team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and uphold merchandising standards.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store's membership program to foster loyalty.
• Oversee all store operations and performance to develop staff.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback.
• Hire, train, and retain top talent with career development paths.
• Manage store profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
• Oversee cash-handling tasks and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and accountability.
