Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant store, driving sales, service, and operations with energy from the front lines. You will manage labor, optimize inventory, and promote the membership program to foster loyalty and growth.

You will report to the Area/District Manager, recruit and coach staff, and ensure a clean, safe environment with strong cash controls and SOP adherence while delivering world-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores.
• Willing to travel between locations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote and embody Miniso mission and values.
• Ensure flawless store execution, excellent customer service, and merchandising standards.
• Drive sales through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Promote and drive engagement with the store’s membership program, encouraging sign-ups.
• Oversee store operations and performance to develop staff and meet sales goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with career development paths.
• Maintain profitability via effective sales strategies and expense management.
• Manage cash handling and adhere to SOPs, ensuring a clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate with Area/District Manager and HR on employee relations and performance.
• Handle scheduling and keep store clean and organized.
• Maintain an inviting store atmosphere and ensure displays align with guidelines.
• Contribute to business growth through strategic planning to boost traffic and sales.
• Resolve staff and customer issues promptly.
