Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team and report to the Area/District Manager.
• Uphold Miniso mission and core values in daily work.
• Ensure seamless store execution: service, merchandising, SOPs, sales.
• Promote membership program to drive loyalty and sales.
• Oversee operations and drive performance and profitability.
• Train, motivate, and mentor staff to meet goals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage cash handling and store cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with HR on employee relations and performance.
• Drive store presence and visual standards per guidelines.
• Address issues promptly to maintain a positive environment.
