Baskin-Robbins in Struthers, OH is seeking a Store Manager to support the General Manager, lead a dedicated team, and deliver a great Guest Experience while driving profitable top-line sales.

You will supervise operations, recruit and develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders, coach staff, and manage costs to ensure food safety and service standards. Experience in food service leadership and Serve Safe certification are a plus.
