Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Store Manager to support the General Manager by developing a strong team and delivering a great Guest Experience. You will help implement operational standards for Guest Service and Food Safety while driving profitability through top-line sales and efficient cost management.

The role requires leadership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to coach Shift Leaders and Crew Members. Experience in food service is preferred and Serve Safe Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to coach and hold accountable.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and delivering a great Guest Experience.
