Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Store Manager to support our General Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering a great Guest Experience. You will help implement standards for guest service, food safety, and cost controls to drive sales and profitability.

As a leader, you will recruit and develop crew members and shift leaders, coach daily operations, and ensure scheduling and performance meet company expectations. Experience in food service is preferred.
