Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Area/District Manager and lead a dynamic team, including the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and Sales Associates.
• Promote and promote the mission and core values of Miniso.
• Ensure seamless store execution, including customer service, merchandising, and operational procedures.
• Drive sales by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of top talent, with career development paths.
• Manage store profitability through strategic planning and expense control.
• Oversee cash-handling tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment for staff and customers.
• Collaborate with HR on employee performance and relations.
