You will recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team, uphold company standards, and ensure cash handling and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Experience recruiting, training and retaining staff.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team, reporting to the Area/District Manager.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales performance.
• Promote the store's membership program to foster loyalty.
• Oversee labor, inventory, cash handling, and safety procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop associates and managers.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising per guidelines.
