Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience leading and developing a store team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team including the Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and uphold merchandising standards.
• Manage labor and scheduling to optimize staffing.
• Drive sales performance and promote the store's membership program for loyalty.
• Oversee inventory management and overall store operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent within the store.
