Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.
• Willingness to relocate and travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team, reporting to the Area/District Manager.
• Promote MINISO mission and core values in all aspects of the role.
• Ensure seamless store execution with outstanding customer service and sales.
• Drive engagement with the membership program to foster loyalty and retention.
• Oversee store operations, labor, inventory, and performance.
