Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and create a vibrant shopping experience. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage labor, and ensure top-notch customer service while upholding merchandising standards.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and the ability to recruit and develop staff across shifts. You will report to the Area/District Manager and promote our membership program to build loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with team leadership.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores as needed.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team and report to Area/District Manager.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.
• Oversee labor, inventory, and store operations.
• Promote membership program and drive customer loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; conduct evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, cash handling, and safety.
