Job summary

Miniso is seeking a Store Manager in Nevada to lead a vibrant team, manage day-to-day operations, and deliver a world-class customer experience. You will energize staff, drive sales, and uphold merchandising and SOP standards to maximize profitability and store growth.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, manage labor and inventory, promote the membership program, and ensure a safe, clean store environment while maintaining excellent customer service and brand values.

Qualifications
