You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory, and ensure a safe, inviting store. Strong leadership and communication are essential; relocation or travel between locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores.
• Ability to travel between locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to Area/District Manager and lead a team including Assistant Manager, Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Ensure seamless store execution with outstanding customer service and merchandising standards.
• Promote the store membership program and foster customer loyalty.
• Oversee store operations, labor, inventory and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent with development plans.
• Drive sales through effective strategies and expense management.
• Maintain cash-handling procedures and a clean, safe environment.
• Liaise with Area/District Manager and HR on performance and relations.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure a well-organized store environment.
• Travel between locations as required.
