Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in retail management with a proven leadership track record.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic store team and report to the Area/District Manager.
• Uphold MINISO mission, values, and customer service standards.
• Drive sales, manage labor, inventory, and store profitability.
• Promote membership program to build customer loyalty and retention.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff; support career development.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, procedures, and cash handling.
• Ensure a clean, safe shopping environment and compliant operations.
• Coordinate with HR on employee relations and performance concerns.
• Ensure schedules, store conditions, and visual displays meet guidelines.
• Address staff and customer issues promptly with effective solutions.
