Job summary

First Cash Holdings, Inc. Store Manager role overseeing daily store operations, development of employees, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across merchandise including jewelry, electronics, and tools.

You will lead by example, coach staff, drive sales and profitability, manage inventory and asset protection, and ensure compliance with cash handling and store standards while supporting growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required (retail experience preferred).
• Retail or multi-unit retail experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-focused culture.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive sales, loan, and profitability goals.

• Build customer relationships and support new customer acquisition efforts.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance objectives to team members.
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
