Caleres is seeking a Store Manager in Las Cruces, NM to lead a family shoe store and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coach a team, manage inventory and pricing, and ensure flawless execution of store standards across Famous Footwear and related brands.

You will recruit, train, and retain top talent, balancing staffing with peak times and seasonal demands while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects our values and drives sales growth.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop Associates.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customer connection and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including pricing, shipments, inventory, and merchandising.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent; plan staffing for peak times and holidays.
