Caleres is seeking a Store Manager in a full-time role to lead a team in delivering an exceptional shoe retail experience. You will drive sales targets, manage daily operations, and coach associates to strengthen customer connections and operational excellence.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, ensuring the store presents the brand with up-to-date product knowledge and a welcoming environment for families. A strong leader with passion for shoes will thrive here.

Formación

• Has 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to set objectives and goals and organize work to meet and exceed goals.
• Exhibits ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with store Associates at all levels.
• Has basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire the customer connection by developing talent, coaching moments, and driving a culture centered on customer relationships and operational excellence.
• Lead talent discovery by networking with exceptional external talent and building succession plans for leadership roles.
• Own retail operations by managing pricing, shipments, inventory and store standards to keep styles easily shoppable.
• Leverage insights to deliver results by using business analysis and observations to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Be the architect of a winning culture by promoting diversity, inclusivity, and engaging the team to improve retention and performance.
