Famous Footwear in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Store Manager to lead a full-time team and deliver the best shoe-store experience for families. You will inspire shoppers and grow the business by coaching your team, managing daily operations, and keeping our brands and store presentation current.

You’ll emphasize customer relationships, operational excellence, pricing, inventory, and staffing, while building a culture of inclusion and performance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Ability to build constructive relationships within store teams.
• Ability to set objectives and organize work to meet goals.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with Associates at all levels.
• Experience in training, coaching, and developing Associates.
• Judgment and discretion, with partnership with Territory Sales Manager.
• Analytical skills: problem analysis, decision making, financial/quantitative analysis.
• Experience leading retail practices and procedures.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, extended hours.
• Basic computer skills.
