Caleres is seeking a Store Manager in our Phoenix area to lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver the famous shoe store experience for families. You’ll oversee daily operations, merchandising, pricing, and inventory while modeling exceptional customer service and engaging with the community.

As a people leader you’ll recruit and develop talent, schedule for peak times, and coach associates to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Has a High School Diploma/GED.
• Has 1-5 years of retail store management experience, specialty retail preferred.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the customer connection by developing talent and coaching team members to deliver superior service.
• Lead talent discovery by recruiting and developing internal and external candidates for leadership roles.
• Own retail operations, including pricing, shipments, inventory, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
• Leverage insights from sales data to drive store performance and align resources accordingly.
