You will recruit and develop staff, manage budgets, optimize store processes, and coordinate marketing and promotions to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of functional experience.
• Experience managing individual contributors and a department or has acted as a lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to meet service standards.
• Inspire and develop associates and keyholders to meet growth plans and career paths.
• Deliver operating budgets and manage expenses to meet profitability targets.
• Ensure accuracy of all store operations including Front and Back House.
• Maintain timely recordkeeping for hires, payroll, performance reviews and terminations.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through replenishment and shrink control.
• Communicate market information and employee successes to Area/District Manager.
