Columbia Sportswear Co. Orlando store is seeking a Co-Manager to lead day-to-day operations under the Store Manager, driving customer service, sales, and store profitability. You will implement marketing directives and coach a diverse team to achieve goals and growth pathways.

The role emphasizes high standards, team development, and execution of strategies to grow the customer base while maintaining store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience.
• Experience leading projects and people, even without formal management.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve operational and financial issues.
• Proficient in operating a POS system and various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and coaching to the leadership and associate staff.
• Identify and create plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and resolve escalated complaints.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through replenishment and organization.
• Identify store hiring needs and conduct interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Motivate and develop associates to meet growth plans and career paths.
• Assist the store leadership team with additional responsibilities.
