You will oversee staffing forecasts, recruiting strategy, and budget management to achieve profitability while maintaining high standards.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with POS systems and store software. A bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of functional experience.
• Experience managing individual contributors and a department or has acted as a lead.
• Strong problem-solving skills: ability to resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems and drive decisions that impact finances, efficiency, and effectiveness of the store.
• Skill operating a POS system, and various software packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to meet service expectations.
• Inspire and develop associates and keyholders for growth paths within the store, field, and general office.
• Deliver operating budgets and manage expenses to meet profitability expectations.
• Ensure accuracy of all store operations, including Front and Back House.
• Recruit and forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategy.
