Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute and support plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Assist the Store Manager in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff.
• Provide coaching and direction to ensure staff performance standards are met.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment and shrink control.
• Assist with development and implementation of action plans to address store sales, safety, and personnel development.
