You will develop strategies to improve consumer engagement, support the store manager, and foster an inclusive, productive work environment.

You will guide hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development while focusing on achieving store goals and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Leads a diverse staff of supervisors and associates to meet daily operations and standards.
• Delivers engaging shopping experiences with product and technology knowledge.
• Provides coaching on selling skills and staff development.
• Assists in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Implements plans to improve sales, operations, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities
