Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Casey’s store with a focus on guest service, merchandising, and team development. You will coach and mentor Team Members, uphold Casey’s CARES values, and ensure excellent store operations.

You will manage labor, scheduling, and safety protocols, while driving sales and maintaining high standards of quality and service. A dynamic, customer-focused leadership role with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; ensure asset protection.
