Job summary

Casey's General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s store with a focus on guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation. You will hire, train, coach, and mentor a team while delivering strong results and a welcoming store atmosphere.

Responsibilities include executing strategic initiatives, managing labor, ensuring clean and stocked conditions, and maintaining KPIs. Eligible for leadership bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members.
• Coach and mentor your team following Casey's CARES values.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders.
• Develop Store Action Plans with leadership to improve KPIs and P&L.
