Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s store by driving sales, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and preparation. You will hire, train, and mentor team members, coach on Casey’s CARES values, and manage labor, inventory, and daily operations.

• Flexibility to take calls as needed and work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays to ensure leadership presence
• Ability to stand/walk; lift 10–50 pounds; repetitive motions; reach/bend/climb
• A background check may be required per state licensing and applicable law
• A driver’s license is preferred for the Store Manager position

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor the team.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; maintain scheduling accuracy and communications.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, task lists, counts, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD; protect assets.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure team trainings are completed (ServSafe where applicable).
