Job summary

Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail operation with a strong customer focus. You will recruit, train, and develop the management team while coaching staff on brand, product, and service excellence.

Oversee budgets, drive sales, and foster a welcoming shopper experience, within a culture that prioritizes DEIB, teamwork, and growth from within. Flexible hours including holidays and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
