Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant retail space, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit and coach a diverse team, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and uphold brand standards while promoting DEIB and product knowledge across the shop.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting your team and building a high-performing store staff.
• Training and developing your management team and frontline staff on brand, product, and service.
• Overseeing budgets, KPIs, and sales targets to drive business results.
