Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales, and uphold our values in a dynamic retail environment. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, while delivering excellent customer experiences and managing store performance.

The role emphasizes team leadership, DEIB initiatives, and operational excellence with a focus on brand integrity and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with consultation-based customer service models is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.

Responsibilities
