Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in a busy retail environment. You will oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales and profitability.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, analyze store performance, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure compliance with policies. Candidates should have at least 2 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience.
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working with a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Willingness to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations.
