Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Retail Store Manager in a fast-paced environment. You will lead the store team, drive customer satisfaction, and manage daily operations, including cash handling, inventory, and loan processes.

Qualifications

• Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.

• Coach and develop store staff; recruit top talent.
• Ensure asset protection and accurate cash handling; manage inventory and loans.
