Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management and customer service experience required.
• Retail, sales, or multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive performance improvements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-focused culture.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive sales, loan, and profitability goals.
• Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
• Oversee asset protection, cash handling, and operational compliance.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Build customer relationships and support new customer acquisition efforts.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and performance objectives to team members.
• Maintain product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
