Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within the store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members in Casey's Way and mentor the team.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing, and keep scheduling updates communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
• Develop Store Action Plans with District Manager to address KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and assessments including ServSafe where applicable.
