You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program with mentorship and ongoing development, while contributing to a strong team culture and top-quality service. This role offers pathways for advancement within the growing family of Panda Express restaurants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and train team; ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Participate in leadership development and ongoing training.
