Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for a Panda Express location. You will oversee the daily operation of a single store, hire and supervise associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, 401K with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Serve Safe certified.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest experience.
• Lead and develop team through an 8+ week store leadership training program.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and workplace policies.
