Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Flexibility to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home is expected.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or food safety certification is required.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• You will participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.
